During our initial meeting we discuss your worries and how you see your new life as a pregnant women, parent, and couple. Based on this we will put together your program, tailor made to meet your needs. You are always just a phone call away from getting an answer to your questions.
Antenatal classes
Bespoke to give an answer to all your questions, as well as covering the essential topics. You are in control of where and when we meet. These sessions are ideal for the time pressed or those who prefer private and individual know - how.
Labour and birth
We can accompany you during labour and birth so you can relax. You will have a professional and familiar person at your side throughout.
After the birth of your baby
We can come to your house and help you to feel confident with feeding and caring for your baby, as well as getting back in shape.

Labour and birth
We will come to your house to discuss your wishes and answer any questions you may have.
We are on call 24/7 from two weeks before your estimated due date until your baby is born. We will stay with you throughout labour and delivery to provide professional and personal support.
We will help you how to recognize the signs of labour, support you in coping with the contractions and advise you when to go to the hospital. Once we get to the hospital, we will continue to support you in coping with the pain and help you with making informed decisions.
After the birth of your baby we will come by and check on how things are going.
At any time if you have a question, we are never more than a phone call away.
