Group Antenatal Classes
Group classes are held over 6 sessions, taught in an unbiased manner and designed to build confidence in your ability to give birth, support your partner and look after your baby. The course will help you prepare for birth, baby and beyond and you will meet other pregnant women and couples in your area. Popular topics include process of labour, natural and medical forms of pain relief, breathing, early days with baby and breastfeeding.
Group Courses can be taken as an alternative to the NCT or NHS antenatal classes and are held in Greenwich and Wandsworth/Putney.

Greenwich group antenatal classes:
Sofie took over from the well known Bump2bubba courses. Her classes are recommended by local midwives and GP’s and attract people from Greenwich, Lewisham, Blackheath, Lee, Hither Green and Brockley
Where: Greenwich West Arts and Community Centre, 141 Greenwich High Road, SE10 8JA. Free parking available.
When: Tuesday and/or Friday evenings from 7-9pm
Cost: £230 per couple (includes course material, telephone support in between classes and access to Greenwich babyclub)

East Dulwich group antenatal classes:
Encouraged by her ED one- on- one clients, Sofie now teaches evening antenatal courses in East Dulwich. Her classes attract couples from East Dulwich as well as neighbouring areas.
Where: Private room upstairs at the Mag, 211 Lordship Lane, SE22 8HA. Free parking available.
When: Thursday evenings from 7-9pm
Cost: £230 per couple (includes course material, telephone support in between sessions and access to ED Babyclub) |
